BTW, we tried the new brisket sandwich at bake sale bettys after we saw you sunday.  it wasn't smoked, but still a tasty creation in its own right.  the medium-thick sliced brisket was topped with potato chips, grilled onions, spinach (or similar green?), a liberal amount of horseradish sauce.  definitely worth a try...and i'd probably get it again.
